This is a program for students of all ages and backgrounds on living life deliberately. It's about accepting full responsibility for your future and learning how to create major life changes.

Consulting, Therapy, and Coaching
It is important to understand that coaching is different than consulting or therapy. The descriptions below help to differentiate between each.
Consulting is guidance from someone, usually in the same specialty, who can advise, encourage, and support you in your day to day work. Consultants show you how to do something.
Therapy helps you understand and come to terms with your past, and it provides support to help you contain and move out of a crisis situation. Therapists help you answer the "Why do I" questions.
Coaching is about moving you forward, from where you are in your life to where you want to be. Coaches focus on the present.
